Universal Motor Manufacturing Corporation (UMMAC) is a South African based enterprise which specialises in the design and manufacture of AC and DC brush and brushless motors.

UMMAC Wholesalers, its marketing arm, sells a wide range of products associated with all types of imported electric motors for everyday industrial, mining and refrigeration applications to its extensive range of bearings, seals and power transmission and refrigeration products.

Established in 1984, specializing in small brush motors of various voltages for white appliances and medical applications and due to its high quality products UMMAC soon expanded into manufacturing shaded pole motors, specializing in small production runs for specific design, shaft and voltage requirements.

Today we have the ability to embrace and establish a partnership with each customer in order to meet customer quality or design requirements.
